Today Jacob had his first swim lesson. Since putting the new pool up Nona (and Mommy) have had nightmares about our little dare devil jumping into the pool. So, this morning Jacob and I headed to Oconee County Aquatic Center to learn how to float on our backs. I think I was more nervous than Jacob. I knew I was going to be forced to dunk him more than once and I didn't know if I could actually do that. When the time came I just said, "Jacob, you and Mommy need to be strong." Then I counted to three blew in his face so he'd hold his breathe and DUNK! OMG! Was he angry!!!!!!! I've never heard so many screaming babies in all my life. My head is killing me...and to think I have to go back Thursday.About Me

- Welcome to our family blog. We created this blog so that our family here and in Egypt can share with us in the joy of having Jacob in our lives. It's very hard for us to have family so far away and we want them to see Jacob grow and know him well. We miss them all and can't wait to see you very soon. Enjoy!
